Whether you intend on doing most of the planning yourself, or are seeking a planner to assist you from start to finish, we can help.
Queen for a Day Services:
Day Services are perfect for the couple who have done all of their planning themselves, but wish to have someone there on their special day orchestrating all of the details the couple have arranged.
For us, day services begin 10 days prior to the event, as we get acquainted with all of the nuances of your special day (vendors, services obtained, schedule of events, your wedding party, etc.).
We introduce ourselves to your vendors and go over the contracts that were initiated with each of them so that we fully understand the scope of your arrangements.
On the big day, our day begins approximately 4-6 hours prior to the commencement of ceremony as we oversee the ceremony and reception site(s), receive your vendors, and manage every detail to orchestrate your event.
Destination Package:
The Destination Package is similar to Day Services with one small difference. We assist you in locating reputable service providers. When planning a destination wedding, the hardest thing to manage is trusting someone's work from afar. We take the guesswork out of your decision-making. All of the providers we work with meet our high standards of quality, reputation, and competence. These are the people that we do business with on a daily basis and have established strong working relationships with.
Since we have pre-qualified their work ethic and product, the only remaining decision factors are availability and price. We maintain strong relationships with multiple providers so that we can offer a choice in style and cost for our clients.
Like Day Services, we will be there to orchestrate your event, manage your vendors, work with on-site coordinators (if applicable), and assist you in staying within your budget.
Full Service:
Our consultants are qualified, creative individuals who offer vast experience, while maintaining an innovative approach to weddings and events. We can assist you with thematic decor & design, vendor selection, budget creation and maintenance, and save you money while doing it!
One of the nice things about having a wedding planner is that wedding planners bring lots of business to wedding service providers such as party rental companies, invitation printers, videographers, etc. Because of this, your wedding planner can negotiate better savings for their clients than a bride could approaching a wedding service provider.
Depending on a couple's budget and desire, a wedding planner can save as much as 10% of their overall wedding budget. If your wedding were $30,000; how wonderful would it be to save $3,000 on your wedding? That would be great honeymoon spending cash!
Cost:
Our services range from $750 - $7,500. Don't panic! Rates are dependent upon the type of service needed (described above), the number of guests, the date of the wedding and how intricate the wedding will be.
Personalized Quote:
Call us! We are happy to provide a personalized quote. It will take approximately 20 - 30 minutes to determine what services are needed and provide a quote accordingly.
Once services have been established, you will receive a complimentary 1 hour consultation to begin your wedding planning!
